I pan-fried these steaks but I prefer grilled steaks with this marinade. It’s vinegar based so it can get a little sour when pan-fried. When you grill it most of the sourness bets burned off but still leaves the meat with the vinegar flavor. It goes really well with my Sweet Onion Gratin. I also used this marinade for slow roasted whole pork tenderloin and it tasted fantastic. I cooked the the meat with the marinade but didn’t serve the cooking liquid as a sauce. Since the pork is thicker than the steak, the vinegar isn’t an issue.
